Beam production

Our company has been engaged in the production of wood for more than 25 years, designs and builds wooden houses from glued beams. NUMO houses are distinguished by modern architectural solutions and exceptional reliability. Having two production sites allows us to carry out a full cycle of woodworking: from sawmilling and our own drying to the manufacture of house parts according to project specifications, including painting and completing the house with wooden windows, doors and furniture. We produce glued laminated timber of the highest grade, various sections and technologies. This allows you to create diverse and unique projects of wooden houses: from classic designs to bright modern solutions - with flat roofs and panoramic windows.

Own production of a full cycle

Wood harvesting

Our company is independently engaged in the preparation of raw materials, carefully selecting the wood at the sorting stage. These logs are delivered by our own transport to the territory of the plant and go to the next stage of production of glued laminated timber.

Sawing logs into boards

In the sawing shop, selection is carried out and, with the help of modern equipment, boards are made from logs with the necessary overall dimensions, taking into account the allowance for subsequent technical drying.

Moisturizing and drying boards

After sawing and sorting, the board enters the drying chambers, where the board spends from 7 to 10 days with constant and continuous control of the process by automation. During this time, the wood is dried to an optimum moisture content of 12±2%.

Calibration of boards, removal of knots

At this stage, on a special technological line, we carry out the rejection of boards, cut out knots and plan the boards, where small irregularities are removed and the board is given an ideal shape according to current standards.

Splicing lamellas for timber

Further, blanks-lamellas are created from the boards. For the construction of houses from glued beams, products with a length of 6 to 12 meters are used. Lamellas of this length are spliced and delivered to the next workshop for gluing.

Bonding workpieces

For high-quality gluing of blanks into a beam, it is important to ensure the high quality of the surfaces to be glued, the lamellas are fed into a four-sided planer, and then into 12-meter presses with a pressure of 18 kg/sq.cm.

Beam profiling

The glued laminated timber is then shaped to perfection using a high performance 4-sided planer to calibrate and shape the appropriate profile of the wall element.

Corner cutting and drilling

Manual positioning of logs, high quality cutters and specially designed equipment make it possible to perform joints of any complexity with high accuracy. Drilling holes for ties and electrical wiring.

In a separate workshop, we produce high-quality and environmentally friendly window frames and doors from natural wood. We use accessories of the European brand Roto, which adds reliability and durability to our products.

Painting

In the spray booth under a certain pressure and temperature in the room, we coat our products with compounds from the German company Remmers. Then all the products go to the dryer, from where they already go to the assembly shop.

Large assembly

At this stage, we produce an enlarged assembly of our modular houses, assemble walls, mount windows and trim, lay internal wiring. Here, the modules undergo another quality check.

Preparing for the delivery of the house kit

Enlarged elements of future houses are loaded into trailers or sea containers (for delivery by sea or rail) and sent to the end customer at a prepared construction site.

Furniture manufacture

Design and production of modern author's furniture. We have been manufacturing all cabinet furniture since 2007, and have already established all the technological processes, opened our own production and purchased modern Italian equipment, formed a staff of qualified specialists. We manufacture, deliver and install furniture together with the house kit.

Painted MDF

The main advantages of painted MDF: a smooth surface that can be painted in any color, give any shade; the material has low hygroscopicity - it almost does not absorb moisture, odors, the ability to mill the material and make facades of any style.

Solid wood

Solid wood furniture has remained popular over the years, despite the advent of more modern materials. First of all, it is environmental friendliness, high performance and, of course, the ability to produce any product from door handles to kitchens.

Porcelain stoneware

Porcelain stoneware furniture is considered the most durable and reliable. The advantages of such furniture is resistance to deep scratches, stains. Porcelain stoneware furniture is not affected by moisture, and large temperature fluctuations are not terrible for it.

Laminated chipboard

Advantages of furniture made of chipboard: low cost, versatility: various furniture can be made from chipboard (tables, racks, shelves, etc.), fast production, service life of at least 10 years, a huge selection of colors and textures (wood, concrete, plaster)

Plastic

Plastic is durable and strong. Such a facade is quite difficult to damage due to the acrylic in the composition. The material will not fade in the sun and will not change color throughout the entire use. It has a large number of pronounced structures, super mat, super gloss, wood structure.

Veneer

Veneered facades outwardly will not be inferior to furniture made of solid wood, giving the products a noble look, but its price is much lower. Facades lined with veneer are an environmentally friendly material, they are resistant to deformation and resistant to moisture changes.

Cushioned furniture

We produce stylish upholstered furniture (beds, sofas, armchairs, upholstered panels) according to individual sizes and designs. We will help with the choice of fabrics, accessories and offer the most stylish models for your interior.

We also manufacture furniture using modern and new exclusive materials. Brass, copper, rattan, rubber coated fronts. We are always improving and keeping up with the times.

For the manufacture of furniture, we use time-tested European manufacturers of fittings from such brands as Blum, Hettich, HAFELE, which allows us to give an extended warranty and be sure that they will not let you down.
